On Friday, a judge scheduled the delayed trial for May. Prosecutors say Moore suffered a brutal beating at the hands of detention deputies August 2005 in Kern County Jail that later led to his death. Defense attorneys believe Moore over exerted himself during a tangle with deputies and gave himself a heart attack. Detention deputies Roxanne Fowler, Daniel Lindini and Ralph Contreras have been charged with the murder for Moore&rsquo;s death. A judge said in April 2006 that they would stand trial. The case led the Sheriff&rsquo;s Department to install surveillance cameras throughout the jail.
