Thomas William Corell was driving a 2008 BMW 550i at 2:05 a.m. when for unknown reasons he went from the westbound land into the eastbound lane and collided head on with a tractor-trailer rig, officers said. The crash happened east of Kecks Road. The truck driver, Miaden Krmpotic, 45, of Waterloo, Ontario, was not injured.
