Bike Bakersfield is hosting a Haggin Oaks cycling tour on the 21st at the Kaiser Permenente parking lot on Ming Ave. at 7 p.m.

Riders are encouraged to dress up their bikes and themselves for the event.&amp;nbsp; Pedal-powered lights, anyone?

If you haven&#039;t checked it out yet, our Holiday Lights map features photos from some of the most brightly lit homes around town.&amp;nbsp; Take a peek and let us know where else you&#039;ve seen great lights:
