My visit to Applebee's the first and last time eating there...well at least at the Bakersfield location.

Took my mother out ot lunch there and:

1. The food was discusting.

2. The mini-burgers were oily

3. The Ceasar Salad dressing was amazingly gross

4. The waiteress go my order wrong

My mother ordered a pasta with white cheese (not sure what the name of it was) and she said that it was "heavy and thick" and it made her "stomach ache".

Tried to have lunch there after recent visit to Kaiser. Was seated right away but after that was ignored. After 30 minutes of this I left and as I went out the door the young lady at the door...

Tried to have lunch there after recent visit to Kaiser. Was seated right away but after that was ignored. After 30 minutes of this I left and as I went out the door the young lady at the door said "Have a nice day" ! The absolute worst service I've ever experienced.

I have eaten at Applebee's Grill in other places and the food was fine and the beer was cold. Please do not take this wrong but Bakersfield seems to "settle" for below average food and...

I have eaten at Applebee's Grill in other places and the food was fine and the beer was cold. Please do not take this wrong but Bakersfield seems to "settle" for below average food and service.

My food was okay at best, my beer was cool you could tell it had in the last half hour been in a cooler and I was sitting at the bar when the manager came in and confronted the bar tender in front of the customers.

That was about four months ago and although I drive by there all the time I never even think of stopping in again.
