They came out said our dishwasher needed a new heating element. We paid for the service call and element, however they would never order the element. Finially after almost two months they gave us the money back for the part but not for the service call. Sounds like a scam to me, have a service call, don't order the part, refund the money for the part but not service call. I could do that, make 40 service calls in a day and never have to do anything past that.

Run from these people, they are scam artists.
