Overall, I think Bill Lee's is one of the best values in town. We sometimes go to PF Chang's but that gets expensive if you want to try a few different things. Anyway, we've gone to Bill Lee's many times for lunch over the past years and since I moved offices, we've made it a regular lunch spot. The specials are extremely good value because you basically get everything, hot tea, soup, noodles, rice, entree. Service was good and great for us because we got out fast.
For dinner, I've taken the family and the kids love the food, too. This makes it easy on us and it was not that expensive. Try the ribs and the Kung Pao.

Bill Lee's is a family tradition and we've been coming here for about 30 years (ever since I was a little kid). I remember when my parents used to bring us here for dinner on Mondays. My favorites back then are still what I order mostly. Usually we get the family style dinners. It is always a good amount of food and guess what it doesn't break the bank, which is important to me and my family.
Anyway, be sure to try the fried shrimp, pork fried rice and the egg foo yong. Yum!

Wow. I don't know whether they had a disgruntled employee that day, or what.
I ordered hot and sour soup--one of my favorite dishes. It came out and it was so awful that I had to send it back. I've never sent *anything* back before in my life. It really was that bad.
They replaced it with egg drop soup, which was equally awful! My friend had ordered pot stickers as a side, and I tried some of those, and ... I learned that apparently it *IS* possible to screw up pot stickers.
This restaurant was the worst dining experience in my life. To top it all off, they had all these awards hanging on their wall. All I've got to say is, whoever gave this restaurant an award needs to expand their horizons a bit.
