Been going to BX for nearly 4yrs.  We love it, the staff is very friendly and facilities are clean and in good working order.  I prefer the fitness spas because the atmosphere is a bit more upscale.  Our kids love the childcare and membership is reasonable especially when counting the cost of childcare for 3 kids.

 I have been going to this Body Exchange since it opened. I absolutely love this gym. It is always clean, had nice equipment and the staff is always friendly. I have had a few personal training sessions, and my trainer Risse is the best! I have yet to take advantage of the tanning room or the spa part, but everything else usually exceeds my expectations.  The lockerooms are nice too!

Only drawback is that at peak times ( like 5PM right after work) it can get a little crowded, but this is never detrimental to my workout.
