Went to the Bucky concert on Thursday. Food and servie were great!! A little expensive, but large amounts of food. Now the BAD PART. This was my daughters first concert and the management staff was rude to her when she tried to get some pictures down by the stage. He also yelled at another customer standing by her. I had my eye on my daughter the entire time and she did NOTHING wrong. She was very careful not be be in anyones way. She never set foot inside the dance floor area. The empolyee scared her so bad she returned to her seat and would not get up the rest of the concert afraid she would be in trouble. I feel when having young star struck girls in house you need to be very careful on how you conduct yourself. This was my first concert at the Palace and might just be my last. As for Bucky....SUPER CONCERT, GREAT PERFORMER AND A MUST SEE!!!!! Somewhere else besides the RUDE Palace. I don't think Bucky would be very happy on how his fans get treated behind the stage.

This place I love. The food not to great but its good. The help it's a toss up if you get a nice preky up beat one or just a bland one. The music is always good. The seating well that depends on the night if its good or not. If its a live set you don't want a set behide the pillars you can't see nothing I love the seating next to the railling its the second level from the floor.

We had dinner at the Crystal Palace last night with my son and his fiance. It was really alot of fun. I'm not a big Country music fan, but I found the entertainment enjoyable. The food was excellent too. I plan to take my father for his 80th birthday. He was a fan of Buck Owens and the Buckaroos, and I'm sure he will really enjoy the show.

Always take in the Crystal Palace everytime I'm in Bakersfield and have been since 2002. Have NEVER had a bad experience there, have never had to wait (even without a reservation) and the food is always great. Highly recommended for any visitor to Bakersfield. The food is great, the museum is always nice to take in, the staff is great and there's always sometime of entertainment in the evenings which is always nice. Look forward to my next trip!
