A few years ago I had made reservation for my family on Mother's Day. Since the number of people was more than 10, I had to go in a leave $100.00 deposit. Even with a reservation we had to wait nearly 2 hours and was treated very badly by the hostesses. After waiting that long they seated us in the bar area on high chairs which were difficult for my mom to navigate. But I wasn't about to complain after waiting so long. To top it off, the buffet was, precooked, heated, and awful!
Haven't been back since and don't plan to.

I work and play on the internet and if you offer an option like this and do not utilize it, you won't get my business.

I hope that this will give them a heads up.
