Cafe med=class! Growing up in Bakersfield For a great meal with the Family we have always enjoyed our experiences with Cafe Med. I also had the pleasure of working in the delicious lovely Gourmet Shoppe. Very elegant, cozy, sophistocated, and romantic enviornment. As for the food Ladies and Gents it proudly sells it self! I have never had such wonderful pita bread in my life! Surely a familiar memory of Bakersfield always.

Cafe Med is always a delight. The service is by far the best in town and only outdone by the supurb quality of their food. The menu is bursting with a number of delicious options. Also, their wine and champagne list is unmatched in Bakersfield. While it is a bit more expensive than other restaurants, it is always worth it. I go two or three times per month and always leave satisfied!

I loved the atmosphere, the music, the furniture, and the aroma of the food. I tasted a squash alfredo, not too long ago, perhaps at the end of my senior year in highschool and it was for a French Club field trip, and the flavor was fabulouso! I recommend it to any person that is vegetarian! :)
