Very simple... go to Applebee's. The staff at Chili's is nice but more than once my order has been screwed up and it just doesn't taste as good.

We ate at Chili's in the 80's when they became famous fast.  The food at that time was awesome:  fajitas, soft tacos, great salsa, great fries, the Rojo burger.... It's a COMPLETELY different...

We ate at Chili's in the 80's when they became famous fast.  The food at that time was awesome:  fajitas, soft tacos, great salsa, great fries, the Rojo burger.... It's a COMPLETELY different place now and the food is mediocre.  Too bad they messed with a good thing.

How sad that we compare large national chains with corporate recipes and ambience, a sort of canned experience. In this day and age it's easy, no,convenient to ignore originality than to...

How sad that we compare large national chains with corporate recipes and ambience, a sort of canned experience. In this day and age it's easy, no,convenient to ignore originality than to discover it. I had an average experience with the queso, and an average buzz with a bottled beer. I waited, I suppose an average hour wait. People, please experience queso, chips and a beer at a local, authentic Mexican restaurant like Angelica's Mariscos for instance, or Manuel's.

I love Chilis but now its gotton so pricey and the serving size has gotton smaller... And the wait is a min hour if your lucky. But my sister likes the bartender :P
