As you may have already read from my review of "Price Costco" on Rosedale, it was just a major turnoff for all of us folks. Dirty store, beaten products, poor service, and long wait: all the ingredients needed for disaster.
But don't give up hope yet, we still have this Costco location to deal with, and the name of it is simply "Costco," no additives. Unlike than the landfill encountered on Rosedale, this store seeks to impress me.
First off, the eatery is outside, not inside. This means that you don't have to flash a membership card just to simply eat. You can have a drink and a pizza for the great outdoors.
Second off, the products are actually placed where they are supposed to be placed, you know? The meat is where the meat is, the vegetables are where the vegetables are, the nutmeg is where the nutmeg is, etc. There is nothing like going into a store that is disorganized, you can't find anything! There will never be a problem like that at this place, which is why its quality is high.
Last but not least, the service is quick and friendly. You know, in case you want to get out, they work their best to permit such movement. But they don't rush anything too much either, smiles are always present. And not only is it that they are present, they are also true ones.
In summary of my countless visits to this place, and from my experience, this Costco takes my cake for being the best Costco Bakersfield has to offer. And that other place... "Price Costco"... well, you know how bad it is.
