I dont care what anyone says, this is one of the best places in Bakersfield to eat breakfast! The food is always great and cooked just how I like it. There are always friendly faces and good...
I dont care what anyone says, this is one of the best places in Bakersfield to eat breakfast! The food is always great and cooked just how I like it. There are always friendly faces and good service. I would recommend it to anyone who hasnt tried it yet. Its small yes but its worth it!

I'm all about supporting local businesses, but in Bakersfield, it just seems like no one can get it right. I've ate at DK's once; the service was fine, but the food was quite displeasing. The orange juice was not fresh squeezed & I felt like I was at a dirty truck stop cafe.

Yes, and I do mean a big YES. I really like this place and the people that work there. Great breakfast, the best in town; however, yes you do have to wait at times, but worth it. But think about it when your out of town and you walk into a restaurant and nobody is there eating,,, doesn't that make you wonder? it makes me want to find a place that is busy. Donna Kaye's Cafe is busy for a reason.
