We went when they first opened and the service was horrible.  All the same issues as others have written about.  We finally had to get up and go over to the bar to get ourselves a drink.  Chalked that up to being opening week. 

Next visit they weren't too busy and we thought great we can get some service this time.  Wrong.  Once again it took 10-15 minutes for our waiter to realize that we were there.  Saw our waiter so little we couldn't remember who he was, and we had to ask others walking by for salsa or drink refills or tortillas (which never did come) or the check.

Everytime we have been there they are vacuuming right next to us.  It is the most annoying thing when you are trying to enjoy dinner and conversation. 

The food is okay.  I like the Tequilla Chicken and would go there just for this.  I had tacos the first time, would not order them again.  

Bottom line the service is some of the worst in town.  I had some friends go over there for the first time last Friday night and could not get waited on so they finally just left and went to Prime Cuts.  

The service is okay and the food is better than the average Mexican restaurant. The Chorizo nachos are a very good appetizer.

Absolutely the worst dining experience I've ever had.  They were slow to take our drink order (this should have been a clue), then very slow to take our meal order, and finally, incredibly slow...

Absolutely the worst dining experience I've ever had.  They were slow to take our drink order (this should have been a clue), then very slow to take our meal order, and finally, incredibly slow to prepare and serve our food.  We were served our food 55 minutes after we were seated.  We would have left much sooner as others around us did;  but I was curious to see just how long it would take to finally get our meal.

We were seated right by the kitchen and actually witnessed food that had been sitting on a tray for 20 minutes, not under a heat lamp mind you. finally be served to someone in the bar. 

There were no apologies, no explanations, no floor manager to vent our frustrations to, and absolutley no chance of getting any satisfaction.

I'll not be returning to this establishment......EVER!
