This place is horrible.  Don't waste your money or time.  The service was terrible, we were the first ones there and it took forever to get service, and when we did it was a rude waiter that seemed to think we were an inconvenience to him.  When the food came, it was sub par at best.  On an interesting note, I notice that every time a bad review is posted about this terrible place a 5 star is posted right after it.  No doubt an employee or owner trying to save a failing business.

I have been to hourglass a couple times, i love it. i first went to lunch there with my grandma and the food and service was wonderful. they brought us a complimentary appetizer since it was our first time there, the potato eggrolls, they were delicious. the prices are good too. i also went there for valentines day with my boyfriend. the service and food was great again. he had filet mignon and i had stuffed chicken buerre blanc, soo good. we also got complimentary chocolate covered strawberries. i will be going there for dinner tomorrow and cant wait! anyone that had a bad experience probably did something to deserve the bad service!

Some friends and I went to the Hourglass for lunch earlier this week. It was our first time there and will also be our last. We all ordered sandwiches yet it took an hour to receive our food eventhough we were the only patrons in the place. When our food came my sandwich was stacked high with onions though I specifically requested NO ONIONS and my friend's sandwich was lacking BBQ sauce and salsa, both of which she requested. I later asked for a side of ranch and never received it. It took us a total of 2 hours for lunch... not good for people on their one hour lunch break.
