I recently joined this gym and I am really enjoying it. It's new- so it has all of the latest and greatest equipment. I am yet to see a broken down machine or that they are all full. Besides the fact that it is too close to my house to make excuses not to go, the main reason I joined this gym is the indoor pool. It has 3 lap lanes and is rarely full enough that I have to share a lane. There is also a hot tub, sauna and steam room.

They have a seperate women's area upstairs where you can hide away and a large free weight area. They also have a 30 minute circuit similar to what you might find at Curves.

I have enjoyed the group fitness classes and they have a much better variety than my last gym. They offer spinning, kickboxing, step, bosu, bellydancing, and aqua aerobics.

Towards the front of the gym, they have a spa area with tanning and massages as well as a huge kid care area. For the price I pay and the ability to use all local In Shape Gyms, I think the membership is worth the value.
