Ahhhhhhhhhhhh Kelly's Cafe...well now I have been going there for years, I started when it was Bob's Cafe (over 12 years ago, & I am still alive!) Bob had a super pie place there..hehe He did make some great pies...They still serve pie, and I think they still only cut it into 4 pieces.. last piece I had was $2.99 I think...pretty good pie.. Their food is a bit on the greeeeeasy side, but that is how they cook there. Flavor over low fat! hehe I always get the Bone-in-Ham by itself...nothing with it, GRRRREEAAAT big piece...I do not need all that other stuff, just the Ham will do, Thanks.. I went there the other day and was totally dismayed at the lack of good service.. as they seem to make it a practice of not sreving the toast WITH the order, all at once!?? why oh why would they do this? are they trying to kill themselves really fast? People were sitting, waiting to eat, waiting for their toast, all the while the two waitresses were lolligagging around and BSing with each other while toast was getting cold sitting in the toaster, I told them people were waiting to eat.. finally they go to getting it..I know for a fact that those people will not go back as they were p!ssed, to say the least... I was embarrassed myself and had to leave... STRANGE when things are soo tight now...

what a dump
I RECENTLY VISITED THIS RESTAURANT WITH MY WIFE AND GRANDAUGHTER, AFTER SEEING THE ADS ON TV .THE CARPET HAD ALL KINDS OF DEBRIS ON IT. I WAS ABLE TO READ THROUGH THE SUNDAY PAPER(CALIFORNIAN) THEY TOOK SO LONG.
THE TABLE WE SAT AT WAS STICKY FROM PANCAKE SYRUP. WE ALL ORDERED BREAKFAST. ABOUT 40 MINUTES LATER WE WERE SERVED.
THE BREAKFAST SAUSAGE WAS BURNED TO A CRISP, THE EGGS OVERDONE, AD MY WIFES PANCAKES WERE COLD.
AFTER GIVING UP, WE STOOD AT THE REGISTER WHILE TWO OF THE WAITRESSES SPENT 5 MINUTES COUNTING OUT CHANGE IN THE DRAWER TALKING TO EACH OTHER BEFORE EVEN AGKNOWLEDGING OUR PRESENCE.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

I have only been to this restaurant 1 time. The food was sub par at best. I ordered a steak sandwich that was served about half frozen. Nothing about the place was anything more than average.

It's a small place, more of a trucker stop, so I was a bit apprehensive going there. But I go to the Condor's games regularly and see the ads and the food just looked great. So we gave it a try.
Its really small inside, but cozy. It was packed because we came on a holiday. There were only 2 servers and they were running around like crazy, but they were extremely nice and helpful! Our server promised we would not leave hungry and wow was she ever right!
You HAVE to try to chicken fried steak! The gravy is just the best ever. The portions are huge, the food is phenominal!! You get huge soda glasses.
I would say this is the best comfort food in town.
