My step father was French Basque, and I grew up going to the Basque restaurants in Bakersfield. It's been 13 years since I lived there, but whenever I come to town, Noriega's is definitely on...
My step father was French Basque, and I grew up going to the Basque restaurants in Bakersfield. It's been 13 years since I lived there, but whenever I come to town, Noriega's is definitely on my list! I love the bar. There's no other bar quite like it!
