We have been solid customers for over two years and go at least once a month. Sometimes 3-4 times in a month.
We love the service, the staff, especially Diane is friendly, courteous and professional. We always feel welcome and are well taken care of. Diane knows our order as soon as we walk in the door.
Our favorites are the fonduta, melted cheese and bread, no compaints here. We also enjoy the pasta y fagoli, manicotti, ravioli and the occasional Mai Tai. The gelato is divine, chocolate and more and chocolate that just melts in your mouth.
The prices are relatively easy on the pocket book and we will remain loyal customers for years to come. Did I mention?... The staff is great, always!

I'm want to be totally honest and admit that I've never liked the Olive Garden. However, for some reason, several family members love this restaurant. On our last visit however, we all came to an agreement that we would not go there in the future as a group.
We had reservations for our party of 7. When we arrived (on time) we were told that there would be about a one hour wait. After about an hour and fifteen minutes, we inquired about how much longer it would be. They apologized and said that our table was being cleaned and it would be just a couple of minutes more. After 15-20 minutes, we asked about our table. They checked, and said that our table had been given to a larger group (that just arrived). They apologized again and said we would get the next large table that became available. They told us after about 15 more minutes that a table was almost ready for us. When that time came and went, we asked again about our table, and were told that someone had made a mistake and given that table to another group. We all decided to leave, but the manager came and talked us into staying. We stayed, only because it was too late by that time to get into another restaurant. We will not be going back to the Olive Garden.

We went here just last Tuesday. We were seated pretty reasonably quick, they were not that busy. There was 5 of us. The waitress came to the table and all of could already tell we were headed for disaster.
Her attitude was really bad from the start. But we order our food. She brought out the salad and soup first and some bread. There were 5 of us... and 4 of us were having salad. She brought ONE salad for the four of us with our dressings on the side. The dressing was only half full in the little container and when we asked for extra dressing and bread she started slamming stuff down. There was only 3 breadstick for 5 people and a toddler. She had a nasty attitude so I got up and asked for the manager.
The manager came and I explained what was wrong and how bad her attitude was. The waitress happened to be standing behind the manager at the computer and I looked at her and she gave us a dirty look. I said something and then spoke to the manager further. The manager was pretty helpful and I saw them pull her off waiting tables to talk to her. She came back with more attitude but at least she wasnt our waitress anymore. They gave us 2 waiters that were much more helpful and attentive. After the awful salads we had, our meal was the never ending pasta bowls. They were out of Angel hair pasta and Garlic alfredo.... how you run out dont ask me.... but the food was substandard and on my Fettucini & alfredo it was dry and the sauce was minimal. Not the olive garden I used to know many years ago.
Many years ago I would go here and the food would be great and service would be as well. I used to go once a week. Now I rarely go and after this last experience I wont be back EVER.

Wait wait wait...this place is considered to be "fine dining?" The last time I checked, a fine dining restaurant doesn't have 90% of the patrons wearing shorts and sandals. Furthermore, fine dining restaurants don't allow screaming babies.
Okay, now that that's out of the way, I'll describe my recent visit to the Olive Garden. The waitress was nice, but she complained to us that her break wasn't long enough. Okay, fair enough. But geez, lady, don't take another break after you just brought us water!
I ordered the endless soup/salad/breadstick thing. I've gotta say--$7 for this is a pretty good deal. The salad isn't anything special, but you can eat like a pig and they'll keep bringing you more. The minestrone soup is pretty good. It's pretty basic, but good. The breadsticks were warm and tasty, but did you know that one Olive Garden breadstick has 200 calories!!??
I can't believe this place is labeled as fine dining, though, because it's not. I guess that's a good thing for people who want to bring their screaming babies into a restaurant to disrupt everyone else's dining experience.
