My wife and i went out for some Chinese a week ago and decided to stop at PFC.  To my surprise the food was better than we expected.  The orange chicken has alot of flavor to it.  The waiters were very courteous and polite.  My only gripe is the wait time.  I believe they had 2 waiting benches located next to the door so if several famalies were waiting to be seated they could easily be bumped by people entering/leaving.  Other than that our experience was good there.   

Ps.  nkoby3 must be a picky eater.

I've got a great slogan for this place:   "Blah." {edited by admin} If you want authentic Chinese food, I'd go to one of the locally owned Chinese restaurants.  There was nothing special about P.F. Chang's, and getting the bland food took longer than it should have.  Anyone who tells you that P.F. Chang's is really good doesn't know what good Chinese food tastes like.

This trendy restaurant serves delicious food!   We have dined at PFs several times and have never been disappointed with the quality of the food or service.

I went to PF Chang’s last Saturday evening. The food is good but they got to do something about their sitting arrangement. They sat us in the middle of room where everyone seems to bump into you or your chair, and it’s so noisy that it’s hard to carry a conversation with your companion – absolutely, not a dating or relaxing setting.
