"WARNING/DANGER Roy Rogers!"
We were on our way to Pizzaville, when my spouse decided we should try the Papa O's on N Chester ... HOLY COW ! The health dept had an A rating on the door, which is a good sign, but after entering, I believe the owners must've printed that from their home computer! Our first warning (we didnt take heed) was the fact that there was only 2 customers in the entire place (1 car out front) @ 6 pm on a Friday night ! We ordered at the counter, a Medium All-Meat, small order of JoJo's and 1 p/ brew. The total was $32.14 !! I almost choked-up a lung ! We were informed that the pizza was a specialty item! (you can buy a large 2-topping, drinks for 4 and sides for $18)
But that sticker-price-shocker wasnt the topper ! When the pizza finally arrived, it was (seriously) the same size as a tostino's frozen pizza from the grocery store ($1.98) We honestly thought she had delivered someone else's order to our table....(but remember, we were the only customers un-fed) When questioned, she said "no, it's yours ... that is our medium ..."
To top it off, with icing ~ it wasnt even 'good' .... the potatos were fine, as was the beer. But not the pizza. I would rather eat Domino's or Lil Ceasars.
Good thing we can afford to drop $33 in a toilet on occassion, but we guarantee we will never - ever eat at a Papa O's again !

The Papa O's on Ashe off of White Lane is also dirty. They take up to 1 hour or even more to deliver your pizza.
Unfortunately the new owners are not living up to the previous owners...

Unfortunately the new owners are not living up to the previous owners standards.
We need to find somewhere else to get our pizza from.
