My favorite pizza place.  There used to be three or four of them in town.  When I was a kid living in Shafter, my parents would take me to the Pizzaville in Oildale every year on my Birthday.  (In my opinion, the only place that was ever as good as Pizzaville was Home Plate Pizza, which was in Bakersfield for several years.  It, too, once had three or four locations.)

I have been going to Pizzaville since I was a teenager in the 70's. It is the best thin crust pizza in town. Unfortunately, the interior hasn't changed much since the 70's eithe and it is sooooo loud that you can't even talk. So we usually end up doing take out.
