Sometimes restaurants try to get too cute with their spin on standard dishes.  Vegetables in rice?  What's up with that Chile Relleno sauce?!

We ate here on Saturday night.  The service was good... they were nice friendly and helpful.  The food, however, left MUCH to be desired.  I ordered the chili verde... The sauce...
