Ugh! Rain Forest has the potential to be a five star car wash, but it just falls short. The service is slow, so much so I've had to speak to a manager every time I had been there. And I am shy and not one to speak to a manager!

One time I was waiting 2-1/2 hours for a simple oil change and car wash. That was my last straw. It's a nice facility with a comfortable waiting area and newer car washing machines. They just don't seem to have good staff management or their timing down. I do not plan on going back even though I would like to support this locally owned business.
