This is our new favorite pizza place. We've gone several times and usually order a large pizza and a medium or large salad (this combo should feed 4 people). We've had the garden salad (w/ranch dressing that in my opinion tastes homemade) and the Italian salad (has salami and red bell pepper and a vinegarette). We love the pizza crust, thin and crispy (great if you're watching your carbs).
I will say it is pricey. They don't run any specials and I haven't found any coupons yet. We spent $40 and that DID NOT include any drinks.
You DO have to try the gelato. I discovered the "Nutella" flavor on our last visit. Nutella, for those who don't know, is a hazelnut/chocolate spread from Europe that people there spread on their toast and French rolls. You can buy it at Vons or World Market. Well, Red Brick has a gelato called 'Nutella' that's really good. Again, the stuff was pricey. I got a medium cup with 3 golf-ball size scoops (2 Nutella, 1 raspberry sorbet) and paid just over $4. It's a nice change from regular ice cream.

Had the Gourmet Veggie Works and it was nothing to write home about. Had no flavor, little sauce, thin layer of veggies. Pretty weak.

The food - serviceable. I like crunchy crust, they've got crunchy crust. I like beer, they've got some nice varieties. I like television, thye've got a baziilion televisions. Too many televisions. Why does almost every table need a television? Is it to stop a family from talking? Is it to keep those kids quiet, or dad distracted by watching the game?
The service - sucks. Each time I've been served by (what appears to be) a manager and each time he's been confusing, not friendly, and not helpful at explaining the menu and how it mysteriously totals more than the list prices of each item. Maybe Red Brick is operating under the philosophy that the sum is greater than the parts. If so, even then it's lacking.
PS: don't be in a hurry to eat. The actual product will be at your table in it's own sweet time.

I have been here twice now and both times I thought the food was quite good. I ordered the Greek Pizza once and the Barbecued Chiken pizza once. The toppings were not overly generous, but they were enough. I like the thin crust. It doesn't overpower the taste of the pizza with just a lot of bread. My side salad was generous and fresh. It was more than just a bowl full of lettuce, which I very much appreciated. They also had a nice choice of dressings which were unique. It's s little on the spendy side. I wouldn't take a carload of kids here. It's really pizza on an adult level. If your favorite pizza is pepperoni, this is probably not the restaurant for you.
