Yes | No This is one of my least favorite restaurants in Bakersfield.  The chips were extremely stale and the salsa tasted like tomato sauce.  We had the fish tacos which came with bland beans and the only thing half-way decent about them was the fish.  We are usually not that picky but this place was just not good. They have good salsas too, and I'm not a huge salsa eater. My only problem is that they could give you more chips for the prices they charge.
