My family and I went on a Friday Evening around 6:00 P.M. and were very disapointed.  The service was horrible, the waiter hardly ever came around to check on us to see if we needed anything.  We had to ask for refills on our drinks numerous times and they still failed to get them to us in a timely manner.  The food was ok.  My wife and I ordered a sandwich and hamburger and they were good.  The onion rings were good.  The side salad we ordered was horrible and 4 bucks at that - a SIDE salad!  My Mother ordered a pizza that was nothing more than a frozen pizza you'de buy at VONS.  We will definately not go back unless it is just for drinks and to play the billiards!

Went to this place tonight for the first time, I was less then impressed.  The service was good, I think our server was Aaron but I am not 100% sure.  My fiancee had a drink from the bar which wasnt great but wasnt horrible either.  The real dissapointment came from the food.  The best thing on our plates were the sides, I had the fries which were nice and hot, and she had a baked potato.  The main couse of the entree was SERIOUSLY lacking, tastless, rubbery and obvously cook some hours in advance the poped in a microwave to be warmed up then thrown in a wrap with all lettace and no dressing.  Safe to say we were not impressed, but we gave it a shot. I decided to check this place out on a Saturday at about 7pm after hearing it was a great place and the food was decent. Initially I thought it looked nice and was impressed with the televisions around the place for sports. After being there a while, I felt like I was at a chuck e cheese for grown ups, and not in a good way like Dave and Busters, but literally like I was in a chuck e cheese with an uncomfortable awkwardness. Perhaps if I return I will check out the upstairs area and eat something other than the nachos which were okay, and maybe go on a different night when there arent so many barely twenty ones in the house.

I was thrilled when The Firehouse first opened.  Our first visits there were pretty much just for drinks, and maybe an appetizer.  The nachos were ok.  We ate there with family on Father's Day, and I have to say most of our food was cold, and there didn't seem to be a server for the back area, so we had to go to the bar to order and pick up our food. None of us were that impressed  with our meals, but no complaints.  We go back every now and then to hang out...especially to play shuffleboard...but it is not our first choice when we plan on ordering food.  I really like the game area, but have experienced problems with the machines.  Nobody ever seems to be around to help out with that.  I'd say unless we sit in the immediate bar area, the service is super slow.  Another downside to the fun back pool table area, is that it is always really hot back there.  I suppose that's just the way the building is structured, but it's annoying.  I hope some of these issues have been/continue to be worked out, because I do really enjoy the atmosphere.
