Have had dinner and lunch here, it is so good.  The chicken parmesan is awesome and the meatball sandwich for lunch is delicious.  The house salad is also great with its unique tomato-like dressing.  Definitely recommend for anyone.  The service was great, too. :)

This basement restaurant and bar is a favorite among people who work in the downtown area. Many rave about the food -- which is a combination of Italian and Basque -- but I personally like it more for its atmosphere. In the hot summer months, there's no better escape than the cool, dark, inviting Sandrini's. The staff is always friendly, inviting and professional, but still laid back and personable.

Just like Mama still makes! My husband grew up Sicilian and that makes us hard to impress, Sandrini's impresses us on every occasion unlike the WalMart's of Italian restaurants we know in town....

This is actually more of a bar than a restaurant, but they do have a full menu. I do have to say I've only had appetizers at Sandrini's, but they were very good. The bartenders are friendly and the place is dark and cozy. They have good beer on tap and a few TVs with sports on. If I were to pick a good bar to have a stool with my name on it, it would probably be this place.
