The food is excellent and truly authentic.  Their tacos are the best, the tortillas and meat are steamed so they are both very soft, easy to eat and full of flavor.  The ceviche and shrimp tostadas are delicious.  My kids love to eat the breaded chicken breast or fish, which are always well cooked and have great flavor.  Their service is fast and curteous and the food is prompt.  I would say this is one of the best authentic mexican food places to eat in Bakersfield.  Worth the drive!
