The bartenders there are horrible. Drinks are very weak and made with almost no acohol. And they are very very slow. Wont be returning ever again

i hate the bartenders at hourglass...but...the next time i want to wait 30 minutes for a drink...i'll go there!!  thank you mr. bartender for wasting my time : )

I'm NEVER returning.  I've been here twice and the first time was an evening dinner for two.  There weren't many people, staff was polite, and all we ordered was an appetizer.  BUT the 2nd...

I'm NEVER returning.  I've been here twice and the first time was an evening dinner for two.  There weren't many people, staff was polite, and all we ordered was an appetizer.  BUT the 2nd time I came with a party of 8 for dinner.  They were out of half of the items on their menu, the portions were SMALL, the cook overlooked my dinner so I got my plate after everyone was already finished eating theirs, and the Bartenders were horribly SLOW.  I've had my share of drinking at bars and I couldn't believe how awful the bartending was.  After 10pm they close down the kitchen and bring in the DJ and dancefloor.  The place wasn't even packed to capacity at all and we waited at least 20 minutes for the bartender to even LOOK at us to take our order.  And it wasn't just my group.  Others around me were getting pissed off too.  Finally at the end of the night all I wanted was my tab..and after waiting patiently for 20 minutes for the bartender to make drinks, I actually had to start waving and yell for my credit card!!  They gave rude looks and made us wait even longer.  I believe if you're going to be in a business that requires customer satisfaction, then you MUST be able to bring your customers back!  I gave 2 stars because the place is nice, and my waiter was nice regardless of how SLOW he was, but other than that, this place is OVERPRICED, and OVERRATED.  They need major improvement, or at least hire more workers and make sure they have enough food in stock!
