I absolutely love this place!  First of all, everything on the menu sounds delectible.  Thus far, I've tried the roasted veggie panini, turkey sandwich, and the greek salad, each proving to be parties for my palate.  Aaand, there is the option to do half this and half that of any of the soups, sandwiches, salads and quiche. Sign me up.

The ladies that work there are incredibly sweet and always attentive.  When I dine in they always offer to put my soda in a to-go cup before I check out.  And there is a wonderful outside patio that I will be taking full advantage of when the weather permits. 

With its quick and friendly service and delicious food, Spotlight has easily become a weekly lunch must-have.  Loves it.

Wonderful stop for a quick and excellent tasting lunch.  The service is consistently friendly and charmingly attentive, though they recently switched from ordering at the counter to being forced to sit and have an employee take your order. I feel that's a poor choice as it detracts from the original appeal of quick order gourmet lunches.  It definitely caused a hitch in my overall experience. 

The sandwiches and salads are top notch, with a depth of flavor and character that is honestly hard to find.  Having tried several of their sandwiches and salads, I'm consistently surprised to find new flavor combinations that I enjoy.  The bleu cheese dressing on the Cobb salad had a smoked peppery taste to it that was awesome. 

I recommend trying the Lite Lunch, which is a misnomer if ever there was one.  You choose half a sandwich, half a salad. Trust me, it will fill you up and be under 10 dollars easily.  Whenever I'm downtown for meetings or conferences, I always stop in at the Spotlight for a quick and delicious lunch.  Plus, they stock fantastic desserts and who passes on that?

A friend and I went here for lunch last week...I'm surprised I've never been here before!  I have tried many of the eateries downtown, but just not this one and it was great.  I had the Tuscany panini, very good and my friend had the whole Cambrian salad and it was delicious, alot of food for the money.  We were on our lunch breaks, so the quick service was great, too.  Recommend for lunch, I'll have to try breakfast sometime, though. :)

The Spotlight is a great, affordable place for lunch downtown. I really like the Greek salad with spinach, garbanzo beans and feta cheese. You can add grilled chicken for an extra charge. Yummy!
