Everyone stay away from this business. My in-laws have been loyal customers for a very long time and they just had the worst experience any pet owner could have.

Everyone stay away from this business. My in-laws have been loyal customers for a very long time and they just had the worst experience any pet owner could have.

They took their dogs in there like they always do every month. When they were picked up, one of the miniature poodles was yelping.  The groomer nervously says, "She's been acting funny. There's something wrong with her." The dog is obviously in pain so they take her to the vet. Her leg was broken! My father-in-law calls the groomer to try to find out what happened and she hung up on him and now refuses to take his calls.  The dog is going to need major, costly surgery.

These people shouldn't be allowed anywhere near pets.
