Ok. This place has good food, but the chick that owns it or runs it is AWFUL. I bought a sandwich here and she made it wrong. I paid 8 bucks for it, so I wanted it made as I asked. When I pointed it out to her, she grimaced, and slammed the sandwich into the trash. She made another and still forgot another ingredient. I was not rude in any way , so I don't get where she got the attitude with me. This business should be surprised if people come back again for food because seriously, their service is terrible.

My suggestion...skip it. Don't ruin your day. It's only a sandwich.  ;)

I agree....the service is absolutely horrid. The food isn't quite that great either. Either way these people need to seriously rethink the customer service attitude. If you don't like your job...

I went to Sub Station downtown for the first time for a quick bite to eat before watching the Christmas Parade earlier tonight and was impressed with the food quality and the price.  $10.38 got me a good-sized ham and cheese sandwich with mustard only, a large drink, a cupcake and 2 cookies (those were from the Frosting Ink inside the Sub Station).  The sandwich was good and moist.  Service was ok, not the best but not the worst, and they got my order to me quickly.
