Yes, they all suck. Yes, all the employees are rude. Guess what, they don't care what you think. They don't care about you reviewing them on a website.

Don't waste your time. Unless you get sick, find a used condom or watch an employee spit into the food, don't complain, they don't care. If you do get sick, find a condom or watch an employee spit into the food, then call the Health Department.

Ive been here several times through the drive-thru. But this one occasion me and my co-worker decided to eat inside. Never again will i go this taco bell. The workers were rude. They were making annoying animal noises while cooking the food. Then my co-worker was looking at our receipt. After that there was a couple of girls that said "Oh look she is looking for a customer service number to compalin, but it doesnt matter because we are the managers." Yeah after i heard that i said to myself if the managers behave this way then the employees are thinking they can do the same. It was lame....Soo sad...I dont recommend this place at all!!!

Been there, done that! Not just once either. We have given them numerous chances (in our minds) to show how they have improved their services by driving through on time periods of... oh... once every 4 or 5 months! NO improvements! Management there is more concerned with "bumping" the orders through than the quality of the order and the "kids" taking the orders are definitely pre-occupied with the employee gossip that can be overheard when they forget they still have their mics on.

So going thru the drive thru they have a nice screen that shows what you order..great! I ordered the taquitos and they come with a sauce, so the lady asked me what I wanted for the dipping sauce, I told her she repeated.so I know she heard it..she never even put it on the order, they are soo preoccupied when they take orders there. I was missing 3 things out of my order (I think the things the order takers are supposed to add to the bag) last time, and my mother went last night and they gave her the complete wrong order!! She had already left the drive thru line before she realized it was wrong. Shell called them up from the parking lot (she had my sleeping daughter in her car so she couldnt go in) they said they would bring it out..she waited 20 mins!! She called them back and they said oh we went out but didnt see you..she was the first car right there next to the door!!.

Unfortunatly this is the only fast food restaurant within a few miles so its always waaay packed. But they just suck there =-(
