I discovered this place about 1 1/2 years ago and have deemed this my favorite mexican food on the cheap.  If you had the choice between los hermanos or this place, there is no competition.  I mention Los Hermanos because their prices are similiar to La Salsas, but the food at Los Hermanos is low quality and in my opionion just doesn't taste very good.  I am one of those people that tends to order the same thing at restaurants over and over again.  The way I see it is if I like what I got last time so much, why mess things up and order something different.  Anyhow, I always order the chili verde taco and enchilada combo plate.  I like to get one taco on crunchy shell and the other on flour.  For the price, this plate is hard to beat.  They also have .99 cent street tacos with all of the fixins at the salsa bar.  They are ok, if you need a little extra to eat.  I would recommend this place for a quick, convenient, tasty, mexican food meal.  The service is consistently good as well.

Tasty Tacos, friendly service and great prices.  This place is hidden in the corner of a strip mall right across the street (La Crensenta Dr.) from Mauricio's.  After discovering this place, I am happy to pass right by Mauricio's and get better food.
