I took a trip to Costco one day with a completely empty stomach. I was planning to eat at any place near costco and suddenly remember some friends talk about this Thai place around the corner.
Wow! what a place. I love all the decorations that they put on. so as the silverwares that they use; dishes, soup spoons, spice tray, etc. , they were quite stunning.
I ordered the Cashew Chicken which was recommended by the waiter. It was just excellent! The plate was huge for the price and it tasted just right with the white rice. I recommend this dish to anyone.
Food takes sometime to be served, but for this quality of food, it's actually not that bad at all.
The service is excellent also. Very friendly. Thumbs up!

Read the reviews and thought Why not? WRONG. Waited and waited to be seated. Only one other table being served. Waiter did not speak English. Waited and waited for him to take order. Waited and waited for food which was tasteless. I could have prepared it better. Prices way too high for what you get! Back to the China Bistro.

Again these wonderful people have opened a First Class Restaurant with Service to match the WONDERFUL Thai Food. I have been a regular customer of the Restaurant on Hageman since it opened. The food there is superb. When I discovered the second restaurant on Panama Lane I was delighted as were my friends. We enjoyed our first visit there a couple of weeks ago and plan to make this a regular option for us. The prices are very reasonable and the portions ample (in fact we all took home enough for a light meal the next day.) The wait is only as long as it takes to prepare your meal so it depends on what you order. If you have not tried either of these restaurants you are in for a delightful meal. I urge you to visit the one most convenient for you. You will not be sorry.

I have been to Thai Kitchen and Thai Gardens, both owned by the same couple that owns the Thai Taste on Panama Lane. The food is delicious, the employees are hospitable and very polite and the prices are just right. If you have never tried Thai food, I suggest you begin your meal with a simple shrimp cake. These little darlings come with an apricot sauce that is sweet but not overly-sweet. The California rolls and the Mango-Shrimp Tempura rolls are excellent! The Shrimp wonton soup is a must, as is the fried rice with your choice of meat. I prefer my fried rice with chicken, but pork, beef and shrimp are also available. The plates and bowls are beautiful, which add to the whole dining experience. I used to drive across town to eat this delicious food but now, I can just drive up the street! I recommend Thai Taste for anyone interested in expanding their tastebud horizons!

My husband and I really enjoyed this restaurant, it was our first time. The service was kind and hospitable. The food was great, the surroundings pleasant. I had never had Thai food before and I would certainly go back to this restaurant again. The price was very reasonable for the two of us including dessert. Very clean and I liked the decor on the tables, it was a nice touch. I hope you enjoy this place as much as may husband and I did.

I stumbled on this restaurant a month or so ago. They had just opened that week. I was pleased to find the business was owned by the same man who owned the Thai Garden on Brundage. I was a loyal customer at that restaurant before it closed. I believed that restaurant was the best in town, just not the most well located.
I have been to Thia Taste 5 times since it opened. The food is even better than before. The atmosphere is quiet and attractive. The help is friendly and eager to assist their patrons.
My usual order consists of Chicken Satay, Tom Yum Gai (spicy chicken soup), Spicy Beef Salad and Panang Beef with white rice. The Tom Yum at this restaurant is the bomb. I would pay a lot more than I am for food this good. I want to try the Curry Duck on my next visit. I have heard it is outstanding.
The owner checks on his customers to be sure everything is well. I appreciate the fact that, when he spots me in his restaurant, he always takes time out to come visit me at my table. He treats me and my family like part of his family. We even visit with the kitchen staff when we go in.
I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant and it's staff. The food is worth more than you pay for it. I will recommend Thai Taste to anyone who will listen. I have eaten at Thai restaurants up and down the west coast from Palm Springs to Portland. This one is easily in the top 2.
Thanks Wei-Chai, keep the food coming.

My sister and I have been to Thai Taste a couple times. We anticipated their opening since the sign went up a few months ago. When you walk in, they have a couple tables in the front and more seating is set up down a long aisle. On the times we went, they didn't have anyone in the front of the restaurant to seat us, so we walked in and seated ourselves.
Their menu is about 3 pages with alot to choose from. They offer stir-fry, curry, pad thai, house specialties, and others. It also tells you what comes with the entree and gives you a choice between chicken, beef, pork and tofu. I ordered the Cashew Chicken Delight and my sister ordered the Basil Chicken. Mine was amazing, the chicken was fried (but not to the point where it left you feeling like you mostly ate fried batter), the spices were distributed perfectly and the cashews and broccoli were scattered along the plate. If you decide to pick out of the "Stir-Fry" section, beware that the flavors are very strong. If you've never tried anything with basil, the Basil Chicken will definately introduce you to it.
By the way, the servings are huge and every entree comes with a side of sticky white rice. And if you're looking for a healthy appetizer, try the soft rolls, they are AWESOME.
