Our dinners were great (loved the steamed veggie side-dish), getting a table took forever (probably because we were looked over by the hostess...maybe she should write down names), our waiter took a very long time to take our drink orders and then our food order. I ordered ribs and had to request additional napkins. The Texas Sheet Cake was the worst I've ever had. No cinnamon taste and it was stale and dry...probably once frozen. I would give 5 stars if I was rating on the dinners only, but given the service and dessert they are getting a 3.

I cannot understand how anyone could rate this place less than 4 stars. The service was incredible, our soda glasses were never allowed to be empty, the waitress was very pleasant. We ordered different items to be able to check out more of the menu and aggreed that EVERTHING tasted great!!

After having read all of the bad reviews here about the Prime Cut, I just had to go and try it. I have to say I did not experience any of the problems that many people have had.

Our server was very attentive. We never we had to wait for refills and our food was brought to us as ordered and in a timely fashion. As for the the food it was fine. I had the hot tri-tip sandwhich. The meat was tender and tasty. The 7 leaf garden salad was also fresh and tasy. Our party also shared a plate of onion rings which had a great tasting batter.

All in all I would say it was a good experience and we would go back again.
