 I give Valley Cycle a "below average" rating based on my experience with them as of last weekend. First, they seem to have limited business Hours... they open at 8am and close at 5:30PM. I got a flat rear tire on Thursday evening at around 6:15PM and had to have the bike towed to my home, only to have to have it towed again at my next opportunity on Saturday AM. I took my BMW into them to get a rear tire replaced, and had quite a bad time getting it done. I finally got satisfaction by going through Sales Manager Brent who was helpful and polite. This is my first repair experience with them and i will upgrade my reviews if they improve their service and rates.

Overall, it costs me over $300 to replace my rear tire (they would not plug or repair the original l tire which had only 4000 miles on it and over 1/4in. of tread left).

I have had 3 BMW Motorcycles, and have had nothing but praise for BMW Dealers. This has been my first, and hopefully last, bad experience with any BMW motorcycle dealer.

 These guys are terrible on Service. In fact they are the worst BMW / KTM dealer I have ever had to deal with in my 46 years of riding. I took my 1200RT into them and they made it much worse...

I took my 1200RT into them and they made it much worse than it was when I took it in. I tried to raise a complaint, but they shut me down. Did not want to hear it. They have the attitude that they are the only thing around and they are for 100 miles in any direction. That have lost my business.
