Twice in the last few visits I thought the change compartment looked light, but had not checked closely either time before leaving my car, to trust my gut feeling that my money had been stolen.  Having read the first review here, I am sure enough my money was taken that I won't go back.

I will NEVER go to a White Water Car Wash ever again!! the first time i went i noticed some change missing didnt think anything of it because it was just a few nickles and pennies, then i recently went back and my BF's watch was taken out of the glove compartment and i put a dollar in the back seat just to see what would happen and when i got my car it was gone!!! I asked a few people i know if they have ever gone there and they said they refuse to go back because things always end up missing and when you confront them they tell you its not their problem!! You should be able to get off your car and expect to have everything in there when you get back in I found a new Car Wash EXCELLENT service!!!! The guys are really nice and they offer so many extras for your car they took out a stain on my seats and i didnt have to give up my first born for it!!! I highly recommend Spit Shine Car Wash its at 2525 White ln behind chevron theres a blue banner on the corner its kind of hidden but i will continue going to them for as long as they are in business!!!!

I will never go back to this car wash, I had a terrible experience with them:

On March 10, I took my VW beetle to Whitewater. When I got my vehicle back and drove away, I heard a scraping noise. I got out of the car, looked underneath, and noticed the plastic cover that protects the engine was hanging off my vehicle. I went inside to the cashier, asked who I could speak to regarding this problem. She referred me to the manager Jose, as we were walking out to look at my car, he was already denying liability. He looked at the damage, stated there was no way the car wash could have caused it, advised it was probably like that already and I just hadn't noticed it. Then he told me that it was probably the shop that changes my oil, I told him I believed they caused the damage. He denied it. He told me the only thing he could do is ask Jiffy Lube to remove the part for me. I went back into the car wash, asked the cashier how I can file a claim with them, Jose, told me that they don't take claims. I asked how could they not have a claims process, he advised they only take claims for things they are responsible for. I told him I was not saying they were responsible, I just wanted to file the claim so I had a formal record of it. He refused. He wrote down the name and number on a piece of paper, told me to call the number to file a claim. I told him that I wanted to file the claim right then and there, he told me there was nothing else he could do for me, to just call the number, he was already "nice" to me by having the Jiffy Lube employees take the part off for me. He told me I could call whomever I wanted, including the police, but I was not going to get a claim filed with them. I told him I needed to talk to his manager, he advised he was the only manager there. He then proceeded to walk away. I went back outside and filed a claim with my insurance. I believe Whitewater Car Wash was wrong for refusing to take my claim, I work at State Farm in the claims department and know car washes have to carry liability insurance.
