The hamburgers are very good. I usually don't buy hamburgers at restaurants because I'm pretty fond of my own. The chef is a great guy and makes you feel at home. The french fries are also one of a kind. With Johns Burger up the street, I think the best burger in town is from Amestoys Grill. Eat there if you can you wont be disappointed.

I love spicy food and the kick on the colon's killer burger was awsome. I just wish they would make buffalo wings with that same sauce. Price was reasonable and there was something just flat out cool about eating a gourmet meal in a dive bar. It was just to die for. Make sure you order plety of beer ahead of time cause the kick on this burger will make you regret not doing so.

It is my humble opinion that if you want to know how good a restaurant is---start by eating their cheese burger. Since it is the simplest of all menu items, I have the belief that if they take the time to make it right, the rest of the menu must be great. Upon entering, the chef promptly greeted us and recommeded the the bacon chese burger---and for my more adventurous (and always looking for a good burn) friend--colins killer burger. The menu was simple, but in its simplicity, the focus was placed on the perfection of their items. The burger indeed was out of this world. The meat was fresh, perfectly cooked, with thick cut bacon a generous helping of cheese and the bun was freshly baked. Fries were seasoned just right---not too salty and not too bland and most important of all; they were crispy. The Colons Killer burger was just that---KILLER!!! Not recommended to all because it is so spicy---but if you are looking for a good burn in your mouth (or a reason to drink lots of beer)--this is your burger. As we were wolfing our burgers, the chef came out of the kitchen to make sure everything was ok- a nice touch. I left feeling happy that this place was far away from my job because otherwise I would be there every day. For all of you that are burger fans----definately try this place. It will be the benchmark for every other burger you will eat in your life. Best part about it----the price is beyond reasonable.
