I was looking for an affordable solution for a proposed website that would be easy to update when this popped up in the search engine for Bakersfield area website designs.
Yes, the prices are below average, but his demonstration websites either don't work or are atrocious. Some, like the North Kern website manage to be both, with wonky counters and what appears to be non-standard .css. In the end, I pawned the website idea off to a friend in the group who had the time to learn some HTML and such and ended up doing a much better job than any of the demostration websites here.
