Best Buy was once a place that I could remember going to and getting products. I'm no geek or anything of that nature (except for video games), but I like to buy my electronics from places now and then. That's all we want, right? A good product with a smile. :)
Well, to be honest, I have been pulled away from this place because of their lack of good products and knowledge of their products. It almost feels like Wal-Mart has become the big store where everyone comes because at least they know what they are selling.
This doesn't make me mad at all; in fact, it makes me real sad. I used to love Best Buy and would shop with them every week; however, recent pulls of events have forced me to stay away from here anymore. :(
First off, LACK OF KNOWLEDGE. I'm sorry, but the employees here are so lame and dumb that I don't know what I am buying into. One time I get broken controllers repeatedly, another time I don't get special offers as promised by their Reward Zone, and then, you won't believe it, THEY DON'T KNOW THAT THE NINTENDO DSi IS COMING! Come on! That is the next biggest portable console to be released by Nintendo! They don't know what it even is?! I'm sorry, but that is ridiculous!
Next off my chest is THE WAIT I AM IN! They take so long to get customers through that there is no point! I swear, they are soooooooo slow, I could cook 3 hamburgers while waiting, and make 2 cherry pies!
And finally the best for last, SMALL STORE. This store is waaaaaaay too small. I swear, it must be the most tiniest store that I have ever run into. The employees are nice, but what good does that do? The store is too small, their workers don't know jack shoot, and the wait is too long.
So my friends I tell you this: don't go to this store. Go to Wal-Mart instead, or maybe even to another tiny place like Game Crazy on White Lane. Both of them have great products and give your money's worth, 'cause this Best Buy here is just junk in comparison.
