i would just like to say that i really enjoy the biscuit store and there groomers. i have been with my groomer since even before she worked at biscuit. my groomer does my airdale and westie...
i would just like to say that i really enjoy the biscuit store and there groomers. i have been with my groomer since even before she worked at biscuit. my groomer does my airdale and westie and does a wonderful job. Airdales are not very common in bakersfield and my groomer will always groom my kids where ever she may go, because she does the best cut i've ever had on my dogs. thanks gals.

my husband and I have been taking our 2 dogs to Biscuit to be groomed every other week for the last two years. I used to have a mobile groomer come to my house, and when she was sick for an extended period of time I discovered Biscuit. The quality of the work by the groomers and the level of customer service means so much to me I gave up the luxury of having my dogs done at home. The 30 minute drive is nothing for the quality of these groomers. Rocko and Bunny used to shake and cry when the groomer came before now as soon as we turn on 19th Street they bounce all over the car!

So far my experience at Biscut Boutique has been anything but good. I have tried them 3 times now. Each time the cuts have been a bit uneven, but yesterday...
So far my experience at Biscut Boutique has been anything but good. I have tried them 3 times now. Each time the cuts have been a bit uneven, but yesterday I picked my puppy up and one side of her face has a complete differernt cut then the other side. It looks like two different people tried cuts on her?

All of us at Biscuit were very sad to read this review. We always try to the best on every dog that comes in, sometimes dogs are matted and or difficult and do not stay still on the table and this could be the cause for cuts to be uneven. But the person that wrote this review did come in and the haircut was fixed and she was happy when she left. We have over 25 years of grooming experience. The dogs are not put in small cages that is very stressful for the dogs, they are allowed to run and play with each other. We do have large fenced areas for the large dogs and dogs that do not get along well with others. We have hundreds of happy customers, I am truly sorry that this person was not happy, but like I said before we did fix the problem and she left happy so I am not sure why she would try and hurt our business by writing this review.

I Love Biscuit Boutique, there staff there is always so helpful. My dog can't wait to get into the door for doggy day care. She loves to play with the other dogs and I love that they don't put...
