MY FAMILY AND I HAD A GREAT LUNCH. VERY NICE PEOPLE. GREAT SERVICE. JUST ONE THING, I THINK 1 OF THE WAITRESSES WAS NEW AND DID NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING AS IT WAS BUSY AND SHE WAS WALKING AROUND WITH HER ARMS FOLDED. MADE NO ATTEMPT TO HELP THE OTHER 2 GIRLS THAT WHERE RUNNING AROUND DOING A GREAT JOB. AFTER WE CAME IN SOME MEN ALSO CAME IN AND THAT GIRL RAN TO THEIR TABLE WHEN SHE SHOULD HAVE HELPED US FIRST. IN MY MANY YEARS OF BEING A WAITRESS AND MANAGER YOU HELP, SMILE , AND NEVER WALK AROUND WITH YOUR ARMS FOLDED. REGARDLESS WE WILL BE BACK AND WILL RECOMMEND. THANK YOU. ONCE AGAIN, GREAT FOOD! KEEP IT UP!

It is great that we finally have a restaurant to fill the void left by the Skyway Coffee Shop years ago. The new place doesn't serve pies, but they do have several nice HD TV's and a fully stocked bar.
Having eaten there about four times already, I am here to say that the burgers are very good. They are served on soft fresh buns with all of the usual fixings and a thick, tasty slab of premium beef. The Rocket Shop offers a great selction of interesting sides. There are the normal french fries and delicious onion rings. They also offer sweet potato fries (my favorites) and homemade potato chips with chipotle ranch (also very tasty). I recommend ordering the chips & ranch dressing along with a cold draught beer while watching the game.
I would rate this place higher except for the service. On my first visit I sat and waited for 20 minutes as I watched server after server walk on by. That would normally be the kiss of death for a restaurant as far as I am concerned. I have since given them a few more chances. The service on my last visit had markedly improved. If the Harmon's can solve the service issue they will certainly have a winer on their hands. One recommendation is that the manager and owner spend more time talking to the customers they don't know rather than all of the people they do know. I am a firm believer that personal service from the management can earn an establishment more business than any amount of advertising could ever garner.
John could also off a free ride in one of his Rockets to his patrons. Although I recommend they ride before they eat.

Well I am now changing my Happiness review... I went today, Friday, 1:50 PM, with a friend that also wanted to try the sweet potato fries, so when we finally got a Waitress to come check on us, took about 10 minutes, and they were not busy at all... First thing we asked was, about the sweet potato fries, and if you could get them with most any order, She said yes... We both ordered an Ice Tea, that also took about 10 minutes to get, for some unknown reason... My friend ordered the friday special Fish and Chips with the sweet potato fries, as we both wanted to try them... Well it took another half an hour to get the order, it came with regular fries! Even with all that talk about wanting to try their SP fries....Daaaaaa the plate went back for another 10 minutes... When it finally came back, the fish had cooled down, but the food tasted fine, even though the fish was heavily breaded, and that was the main flavor... Not up to the bowlling Alley fish for sure! We never did get asked if we wanted a refill on our Tea, plus when we wanted to leave, and the Waitress was going to bring a to-go box, that did not happen till my Friend went to talk with the owner about the Bad service... To Bad as the food was not that bad...Everything I have sampled so far has really been outstanding. I keep forgetting to try the Sweetpotato frys,,,I will write myself a note! That was left over from my first review..as you now know I tried the Sweet Potato fries...they were ok...... nothing to write home about! I "may" try them again... The Tea must be pretty high priced?
