not cleaned prior to cooking. Sprare you the details, but very yuki........Just a warning to menudo lovers. Bakersfield is famous for it's menudo, but La Cabanais not in that league for menudo. Go somewhere else.

This is my favorite La Cabana ! I love to have breakfast there. The eggs are always perfect and the bacon is cooked just right. They offer bean & rice or potatoes. They also offer great biscuits and gravy. By the way, check out their shrimp cocktail too. It has tons of shrimp, avocado, cilantro, onions in a spicy tomato sauce.
