I went here once and that was enough. The staff is horrible and the place is a joke. I actually spent a lot of many as I had a large party. All agreed this place needs to improve on...

At first I was a big fan of Replay. It was always a bit too busy for my taste but each time I went I secured one of the VIP tables so that my friends and I had plenty of room to drink, talk and not be bothered by the immense crowd. My typical tab for the bottle service we would get was around $500 for the night. During my last visit, my group of 6 and I were asked to relocate to a smaller VIP area because they had a larger group coming in... I had no problem and we moved. Then a few of my guests left and we had only four remaining. We spent the rest of the night in the smaller VIP area drinking our champagne and other beverages. At the end of the night, I received my tab which was approximately $220.00, much smaller than usual but we had come much later and there were fewer of us that night. I gave a $70.00 tip to our server and left with the receipt. Now, a 31% tip is quite generous -- especially for someone to just bring drinks to your table and occasionally poor a glass of champagne. However, later in the week when I was balancing my account I noticed that my charge which should have been $290.00 somehow became $490.00 -- a number quite close to my typical charges at the establishment. I called and left a message asking for someone to return my call and tell me what this extra $200.00 charge was about -- no response. I again called three days later and talked to someone who assured me they would get back to me that evening or the following day. No call again. I find this shocking as someone who had spent several thousand dollars at their establishment. Ultimately, I had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. This took care of it but left me very unhappy with Replay and I will not be coming back.

I don't get this place at all... the foods bad, service is bad, it doesn't seem like it knows what it wants to be... and the weekends are ridiculous, once was enough... the staff needs to learn...

And come on, bottle service in Bakersfield? I'd rather drive a few hours to a real bar. Seems like a place for posers and golddiggers.

My friend and I walked in to this restaurant on a Tuesday around 1130am. We thought we would go when it wasn't busy, which it wasn't. We were seated immediately and thought that the interior was very nice. It is simple, yet very nice looking inside this restaurant.
Our experience went downhill from there. To begin with, the sodas that we ordered weren't any good. They had to change the syrup on the Sprite and the Diet Coke was flat and was never really fixed. They tried about three times to make the Diet Coke right, but it never really was any good.
I ordered their chili bowl, which was delicious. I was excited for my main meal to come soon after. My companion had onion rings and thought that they were okay. They did bring a good-tasting chipotle sauce with the onion rings, as well as ranch dressing and ketchup for dipping. So, the appetizers passed the muster.
Our sandwiches were good. However, they came with salad on the side (which we asked for over fries.) The problem is that the salad was wilted. I tried to eat a few bites, but it was so unappetizing that I nearly vomited.
Also, we went in with a lunch special coupon for free drinks, but since we didn't order from that menu, we weren't given the drinks for free. Mind you, they took five attempts to get two sodas right and never finished getting one of them correct (the Diet Coke.) Upon arriving there, we said that we were there for the lunch special. Furthermore, we were never told that if we ordered off of the main menu that we wouldn't get the sodas for free. That's something that they should have told us before handing us regular menus.
Upon returning to the office, I felt ill. I couldn't concentrate and was unusually sick. I nearly went home early, which is not like me. I spoke with my lunch companion this morning and she had a similar experience after we returned to the office. We're now wondering if they cook with MSG.
While the appearance was nice, and some of the food was good, I won't be returning any time soon to this restaurant. The service and other little things were just that bad.
