Seriously the server had no clue about the menu when we asked to speak with a manager she made us wait till we finally paid and left. Do not go here for the club, the bartenders are rude and the drinks are way too expensive. Ive lived in Bako for 14 years and I have to say this is the worse service ever! I will not return nor will any of my friends and we have $$$ for those places that are worth the experience...Replay wont last!

Replay is one of those places that you look forward to going to because the food is good and you know that you will always be able to get a table at lunchtime. But then in the pit of your stomach you get that bad feeling that it will soon be gone because not that many people go there. The food is very good there and has some decent presentation added for that extra punch. The atmosphere is very testosterone friendly with numerous TV’s, hard wood floors, and stainless steel bathrooms. The only negative is that the service can be a bit slow which appears to be due to understaffing, probably because they just starting off. Overall, it’s pretty good but knowing how Bakersfield is, the business will probably go under or be the site of an unfortunate mob incident. But totally recommended in the meantime.

I went to the Replay last week and loved it. Replay is a bit out of the way, but it’s worth the trip. It’s like dining and hanging out at an exclusive club. I am going back this week.

Bako get with it! Look this place is not trying to be FISH LIPS or Alley Cat. This is something different for Bakersfield. Give it a chance. LA, Vegas, New York etc all have VIP lists. Bakersfield...

Bakersfield needs this place, its far from the ordinary sports bar or Thug hang out. Give it a chance and spend some money to get on the list. If you cant handle a place with great atmoshere and food, then you belong at Trouts!
