The atmosphere was amazingly upscale but comfortable at the same time, with none of the typical Bakersfield snob that comes with a great place to eat. Most importantly... the food was FANTASTIC! I highly recommend this place to EVERYONE and especially recommend the "full house" appetizer, I ordered one because it sounded like a nice starter but had no idea the impact it would have on my taste buds! I'm not even going to say, you should go... I'm telling you to do it, today.
For the Night Club... I don't partake in the Bakersfield night life much anymore, but I was fortunate enough to attend the other night. I was pretty darned impressed with how classy and friendly the atmosphere was! I spend time once a month or so in L.A. and have visited the “hot clubs” down there and Replay is keeping stride the best it can, considering what it has to work with here. The rules are an absolute necessity. I appreciate them keeping it strict! Once inside you truly appreciate their efforts at the front door.
