I have never been to a yoga class. I was a runner and worked out with weights at local gyms for most of my adult life. I was most recently diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis which affected my physical abilities and am no longer able to run or work out as I have done in the past. I was looking into a more effective way to keep in shape and still feel good physically and cardio wise.
I visited the Yoga Space last week and was greeted with a very energetic and smiling receptionist who made me feel welcome. The instructor took the time to discuss with me how Yoga works and all the good that it will do for my body. I am looking forward to coming to class. I will also be bringing my teen daughter.
