We love this business!  The owners at Self Serve are super nice and really know their stuff. They recommended some great cat food for our cat (Orijen) and our cat loves it. It keeps him full and has no fillers that make him hungry quickly like the other cat foods we had him on. Our dog also dig the tubs here and we can all leave there without having to pull fur out of the sink or stop the dog from running around the back yard in the mud!

 I have been to the self serve pet spa a few times now and I love it! My dog has a thick double coat that I used to pay around 70 bucks to have someone else groom. Here I pay 20 and do the work myself and I dont have to make an appt.  Its an easy way to save money and not have to worry about cleaning up afterwards. And she even gets a treat when she is done!

The owners are extremely knowledgeable about the facilities and the products they sell.  I love the staff! *** My dog loved it too. Bathtime was quicker because everything is close at hand.  I didn't get drenched like I do at home.  My dog looked and smelled great afterward.***Self Serve Pet Spa carries HIGH quality food for dogs and cats and I can be sure my pets are getting good nutrition with all the food instead of worrying about fillers.

We tried this buisness on a gift certificate that we recieved from Houchin Blood bank.  All in all, it was an ok experience. 

However, some critiques were that you really couldn't control the water pressure very well.  It felt like we were washing our dishes, not our dog.  We have a yellow lab and she didn't seem to enjoy it, I can't imagine what smaller dogs think of it.  There maybe a way to do it, but we didn't know how.  It was really busy, and the place seemed a bit understaffed.

I found the shampoo to be ok, just very watered down.  Took a lot of it to soap up our dog. 

All in all, I would probably go back, depending on if I had time.
